Missions

At Radford, we believe in the great commission of Mathew 28 to “go therefore and make disciples of all the nations…” It is our great privilege to actively be involved in proclaiming the gospel into the world.  We are invested in local, national, and international mission work that is focused on both bringing people to Christ and developing long-term discipleship.

Missions Conference

One of the best ways to learn about how RBC is actively involved in the great commission is to attend the annual Missions Conference. At the conference we spend personal time with our missionaries, learn about their ministries by asking questions, and pray for those serving both locally and globally. At the same time, children have an opportunity to learn about missions in an engaging and interactive setting designed specifically for them.

Mission Trips

We believe it is important for believers to not only support missions, but to play an active part in sending out the gospel on a local, national, and international scale. We support and encourage this body to take part of both short- term and long-term missions.

Agape

One of the local ministries we support is the Agape center which seeks to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the SML community and surrounding areas. Each year we participate in and support many of Agape's ministries including Angel Tree, Thanksgiving baskets, Agape Open and more.
