RBC Youth Group is a place where faith and life collide for senior high and middle school students, where students can grow in their relationship with God and with others. It is our goal to create an environment where together we are passionately displaying the life of Jesus Christ that is in us. We also hope it is a place where those who have yet to trust in Jesus and follow Him in their personal lives will feel welcome and free to discover more about Him in the context of a community of Christ-followers. We have different events and opportunities to grow alongside of each other to that end.
Our regular meetings are on Wednesday nights at 6:30 at the church's building. Pool, foosball, snacks, music videos, and ultimate frisbee are some of the things you can do with your friends as we get ready to worship God together, and have a relevant challenge from the Bible on what it means to follow Jesus. We break up into small groups for application of the challenge, and to encourage and pray for each other.
We have Bible classes that meet on Sunday mornings at 9:15 that explores what it means to live out our faith in Jesus Christ in a deeper way.
We also have retreats, lock-ins, service days, missions trips, a dance team, skating, skiing, paintball, bowling, concerts, and a mess of other things we do throughout the year.
We have a great team of adults who sacrificially give of themselves to make this whole thing happen. We view our role as coming alongside of the parents to partner with them in forming the faith and hearts of their kids toward God and His Word.
