Karl Hofheinz

Karl is the Senior Pastor and is passionate about declaring the greatness of God to the bride of Christ. He is a graduate of Cedarville University and has also completed a Master’s of Arts degree. Karl has previously served in the local church and in the corporate world, and joined the staff at Radford in 2011. He and his wife Sandy have four kids: Josiah, Hannah, Elijah, and Sarah.

Rich Hart

Rich is the Pastor of Youth and Families, and is most alive when stirring the hearts of others toward the heart of God. After graduating from Word of Life Bible Institute and Philadelphia Biblical University, he served a church in Venice, Florida for 18 years as Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, and eventually as a Transitional Pastor, until he moved up here to Virginia in 2006. Rich and his wife Barbie have three children; Grayson, Destiny, and Jackson, along with their precious white lab, Liberty.

Jaci Smith

Jaci has been the Office Manager for RBC since December of 2007.  Jaci grew up in the city of Roanoke and has lived in Moneta since 2005, with her husband Steve and children Chris, Lauren, Alexis and Sam.  Jaci comes from a background of business and marketing, and now uses her talents here at RBC, serving our Lord, Jesus Christ.
